48 springs, sized perfectly for almost zero friction addition when used to add power pickup on 1.5mm axles (N scale and P4 standard size). They are easy to use.
Remove one wheel, add the spring and replace the wheel-set, making sure you note which wheel is ‘live’ to the track. Drill a small hole in the floor of the coach or wagon and solder a bit of fine wire to the tag end on the spring.

O-Gauge Rolling Road Premium Edition – 6 Axle - DCC concepts

The DCC concepts O Gauge Rolling Road is easy to use and reliable.

Installation and use.
The Rolling Road works well with AC, DC & DCC.
To make adjusting spacing easier every roller contains a strong Neodymium magnet to allow easy adjustment and to hold it in place.

To give the magnets something to work with "magnetic plates" are included in the set. They are etched to represent wooden planks so the can be installed on your layout. Secure these with silicone or contact-type adhesive in an appropriate position on top of the sleepers and between the rails.

Once the plates are secured, place the Roller sets over them at an appropriate spacings and connect the track power. The Roller sets will collect power directly from the rails so you are now ready to go.

Place your locomotive on top of the Roller sets and control it as if it was on the track. It will operate in place allowing examination for service, careful adjustment of decoder set-up or running in of a new Loco.

Service and Maintenance

Keep the track area that will be used with your rolling road clean so that it can transfer the power reliably.
DCCconcepts Roller sets have been gold plated, so they will never tarnish and always conduct power reliably. (Please – do not use abrasive cleaners. A quick wipe with alcohol or similar is all that will ever be needed)
The stainless-steel roller-bearings are pre-lubricated but you can of course add a little fine oil if you wish.

The Cobalt Relay extension board is a versatile relay switching interface that allows you to do almost any form of interlocking automated switching or automation.
Use via manual switches or control it with detectors etc.. Rex can be used for DC and DCC layouts.
Rex has 4 relays on board which can be used all four together or in pairs.
Power input: 12 to 18 volts DC or DCC.
 

These detectors have been designed to be very easy to install. With only a diameter of 4mm, they will fit between the sleepers of Peco Code 100 and Code 75 track.

The detectors are 'Normally Off' and are triggered by a small magnet that is attached to the loco or rolling stock.

3.5 m Sapphire 179 solder
Sapphire 179 solder is 0.6mm diameter solder which flows absolutely brilliantly. It is suitable for brass, copper, wiring, trackwork, soldering to nickel silver or steel and it even solders spring steel.

The detector will detect anything that alters the electrical state in a section. Examples are powered items such as Locomotives, illuminated coaches or rolling stock with resistive wheelsets. Even just a single tail lamp or a lamp in a Guards van or Caboose.

It is simple to install: It needs no soldering or complex set-up. It can be added later or at the time of layout creation. Just create a gap in one rail covering the area you wish to detect and pass the dropper wire which goes from the track power bus to that rail through the hole in the LM-iD coil. No other set-up or fiddling to do. It is that simple.

LM-iD is very easy to connect: every output uses screw terminals and it is possible to easily add an external panel LED and directly connect to and operate both low voltage logic-level things and higher current items such as relays.
