The shipping costs for the Netherlands are € 4,95 and are free for orders from € 35,-.

Our shipping costs are different for each destination. All orders with a destination outside of the Netherlands will be shipped as a parcel.

Orders placed on workdays before 08:00 CET will be shipped the same day.

Requests can be sent by email to contact@englishmodelrailways.shop with the items you would like to order and in which country you live in. You will receive an reply within 24 hours (on workdays*) if it is possible to arrange shipping for the requested items.
Shipping to remote area's: if you live in a remote area we will ship your order to the nearest postal service point.

To place an order at englishmodelrailways.shop is done in 3 easy steps.
Step 1: Shop
At the wanted product click on the button "add to cart".
Step 2: Cart
If you want to add more items of the same product you can do so in the shopping cart. After changing the number of products just hit enter or click on "Update shopping cart". You can also remove items from your shopping cart. Once finished you can proceed to checkout.
Step 3: Checkout
The data needed to complete your order can be filled out in one page.

Check and confirm your order. You can still change the order and your address.

Confirm your order: after checking and confirming your order is placed after you have clicked on "buy".

You will be redirected to our payment service provider when paying with iDEAL, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Bancontact/Mistercash, V-Pay, or PayPal.

You will receive an email with order confirmation.

As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive an email. If you have an account with us, you can see the current status of your order in my account .

All prices include Dutch VAT (21%).
If you wish to ship your order to another EU country the VAT will be recalculated once you have changed the destination country. Your local VAT will be applied.
